Delivering your order

We know that buying furniture is a big decision, and getting it to you safely and on time matters. Once you place an order, we’ll be in touch to arrange delivery and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

We deliver all types of furniture from beds and sofas to wardrobes, tables, and more across Dublin and nearby counties.

Where Do We Deliver

We currently deliver to Dublin and the surrounding counties, including Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, and Louth. These are areas we know well, and our delivery team is on the road daily to make sure orders get where they need to be, whether it’s a city apartment, a suburban home, or somewhere a little more rural.

If you're located just outside these counties and are unsure whether we can reach you, feel free to get in touch. We're happy to check and let you know what's possible.

Delivery Charges (Online Orders)

We want to keep things simple and transparent when it comes to delivery costs for your online orders. Below are the delivery rates currently in place:

  • €20 Flat Delivery Fee within Dublin (Free delivery on orders over €100)
  • €45 Flat Delivery Fee (Includes Kildare, Wicklow, Meath, and Louth)

Please note:

  • Orders placed in-store may have different delivery terms or promotions Please check with your local store for details.
  • If you have any questions about your delivery zone or fees, just reach out, we’re happy to help.
Scheduling Your Delivery

After you place your order, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a delivery day that suits you. We deliver to different areas on specific days of the week, so we’ll offer the next available slot based on your location. The day before your delivery, you’ll receive a text message confirming your time slot, either AM (morning) or PM (afternoon), so you’ll know when to expect us.

If you have any specific availability or access details we should know about, just let us know when we get in touch. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • For special orders:
    Your delivery will be scheduled once the item arrives at our warehouse. We’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready to arrange the next available delivery slot for your area.

Before We Arrive

By default, all deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance or a safe and accessible point at the front of the property. If you require your items to be brought upstairs, this must be requested in advance when we schedule your delivery. In these cases, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the access is clear and safe, and that the items will fit through doorways, hallways, or staircases.

Please note:

  • Our delivery team may refuse upstairs delivery if access is unsafe or blocked.
  • Any damage caused due to tight or unsafe access is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not move or reposition existing furniture to make space for your delivery. Please ensure the area is clear and ready before our team arrives.
Missed Delivery And Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

If no one is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time and we haven’t been informed, the delivery will be marked as missed. In this case:

  • We will contact you to arrange a new date based on the next available slot for your area.
  • A redelivery fee may apply.

Please make sure someone is available at the property during the scheduled delivery window. If you’re running into any issues, just contact us as soon as possible so we can help avoid delays.
